Our story began in 2019, when Carlos Alarcon launched his own business. Like many entrepreneurs, he wore every hat, managing day-to-day operations while trying to figure out digital marketing on his own. Despite the effort, real growth remained just out of reach. Carlos realized that hustle alone wasn’t enough, he needed the right strategy and expert support.
That’s when he partnered with Mariana Pacheco, a digital marketing strategist with over a decade of experience helping businesses build a powerful online presence. Together, they created Copilot Agency to help entrepreneurs, business owners and sales managers to gain clarity, implement smart systems, and grow without the chaos.
